Meet some of the key people in our organization. This list will grow as the mission develops.
Joe Moran
Chief Executive Officer
Joe brings extensive experience in commercial and residential construction, as well as in trade shows and product promotion. His daughter served as a firefighter, and his family has strong ties to the U.S. military community.
Nadine Fredericks
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Nadine brings extensive experience in finance, human resources, and corporate operations. Her father served in the Merchant Marines, and her daughter served in the U.S. Marine Corps. She has a strong desire to give back to those who serve.
William Dutton
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
William brings extensive experience in commercial and residential construction and has served on several nonprofit boards. His father served in the U.S. Army, and his brother-in-law is a retired U.S. Marine. These family connections have given him firsthand insight into the challenges veterans face.

Governance

- Finance & Audit — reviews statements, approves the annual audit, and recommends the budget to the full board.
- Program — reviews eligibility policy, project selection criteria, and follow-up outcomes.
- Governance & Nominating — board recruitment, onboarding, conflict-of-interest review, and self-assessment.
- Development — fundraising strategy, major gifts, and the event calendar.
