What hosting involves
You bring the room. We bring everything else.
- Run-of-show template, sponsorship deck, and permit checklist
- Ticketing, payment processing, event insurance, and donor receipting handled by us
- Branded assets, press templates, and social kits
- Minimum lead time: 90 days for a 5K, 120 days for a gala
- Net proceeds: designated to a project in your community unless you specify otherwise
