We publish the full statement rather than a single program-ratio percentage. A ratio can be engineered; a line-item table cannot.

Add Charity Navigator, Candid/GuideStar Seal of Transparency, and BBB Wise Giving Alliance marks here once earned. Do not display a seal you have not been awarded — it is the fastest way to lose a major donor's trust.

- Any gift over $250 gets a written acknowledgment within 10 business days.

Designated giving
If you name a program, it goes to that program.
Gifts designated to Home Renovations, Housing, ADA & Smart Homes, Property Development, or Family Support are tracked separately and spent only on that program. Undesignated gifts go where the current project queue needs them most, which is usually the program with a family waiting on a start date. Either way, the designation appears on your receipt so you have a record of it.
